1. What are your operating hours?

We operate Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. We are closed on public holidays.

2. Are your prices subjected to tax?

No. We do not charge any form of tax on your purchases. The item and shipping prices shown are final with no hidden charges.

3. Do you provide free shipping?

Yes! All ground orders are shipped for free! We offer free shipping for international orders when you purchase more than $200.00. Orders from Malaysia enjoy free shipping when ordering above $100. 4. What is the delivery time?

We ship internationally so delivery time may differ for different countries. On working days, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours. This could be slightly longer or shorter, depending on how busy it is. To avoid delays during holiday seasons, we encourage you to make an order in advance.

5. I made a mistake when entering my order details, how do i rectify?

Please inform us as soon as possible using our Contact Us form. To ensure that we can promptly assist you with your enquiry, do mention your order number.

6. I would like to place a second order and have it ship together with my first order?

Using our Contact Us form, let us know of your intention as soon as possible.

7. How can i pay for an order?

We accept payment by Credit Card or PayPal. We use PayPal as a mode of payment as their site is highly secure. Sensitive information such as credit card details will never be collected by us.

8. How will you send my order?

We use reputable courier companies for example UPS, TA-Q-BIN and SingPost etc. Since we ship internationally, the actual courier that we employ for your order depends on the country we are shipping to and the total weight of the item(s) you purchase.

9. I have only partially received my order?

We always provide our carriers with the whole order at once, but your order may also be delivered by two carriers. This happens if you purchased an oversized product (i.e. life-size masturbator and a vibrator) or if there are items being shipped from other fulfilment centres of ours. Currently, we operate from 3 warehouses.

10. Can i return a defective product?

Yes, within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please read our Return Policy.

11. Can i do self-collection or do you provide cash-on-delivery services?

No. At the moment, we do not offer this service(s) to our customers. However, shipping is free with no minimum purchase. You may arrange for your parcel to be delivered to a residential or office address in discreet packaging.
